About Us
Vintage TV is a music channel like no other – dedicated to the tunes that provide the soundtrack to our lives. We bring you simply the best of a century of popular music, culture, fashion and trends.
THE CHANNEL
On Vintage TV, you will experience an exhilarating and diverse range of original music programming and classic concert footage, together with full-length interview features, 'rockumentaries', and a variety of informative and entertaining new shows.
Much of what you see on Vintage TV is original programming, incorporating news round-up programmes, review shows, interviews with some of the 20th Century's most extraordinary and notable musical figures, and unique music videos, created using a carefully crafted mix of archive and newly-filmed footage, bringing into the spotlight songs that pre-date the video era. We are in partnership with ITN, the BBC, Getty Images and other world-renowned libraries to deliver to you an unrivalled array of unforgettable entertainment.
THE WEBSITE
Vintage TV's welcoming website will encourage you to contribute to our channel through requests and dedications. You can even send us your vintage home movies so that we can add them to our ever-growing collection of original music videos.
In addition to Vintage TV's online shop, selling unique branded merchandise, via the website you will, in the near future, also have the opportunity to shop with many of your favourite vintage retail outlets, and connect with like-minded souls attending myriad vintage music and cultural events around the country.
So, as you can see, Vintage TV is pretty special – and it's different. We certainly think so, and we are proud to welcome you to our family.
