Journeys with Joan and friends

Be joyous, be very joyous, as you join Joan Armatrading (7th October, 10.30pm) on the journey of her incredible five-decade life in music on this month’s Needle Time. Another wonderful woman, in the shape of acclaimed Irish folk rock singer Cara Dillon (21st October, 10.30pm), shares her story on our top drawer chat show. You can also catch up with the interviews of two legendary artists – Graham Nash (14th October, 10.30pm), of The Hollies and Crosby, Stills and Nash, and Chic’s funky frontman Nile Rodgers (18th October, 7pm). We don’t know how our presenter Neil does it, but he does!
