From the Bedford… with Sandie Shaw

Famous for her boho and bare-footed style, Sandie Shaw steps up to take over hosting duties on this month’s Vintage TV Sessions (26th June, 8pm). And the Sixties chanteuse will be introducing another eclectic mix of established and up-and-coming acts, recorded live, performing two songs apiece, at the brilliant Bedford pub in Balham. Give a big hand to punk priestess Hazel O’Connor, American blues and rock singer and guitarist Jonny Lang, Irish sensation McMahon, folk rock duo The Rails, and singer Ninsun who serves up a slice of Scandinavian electropop.
